What did you do with your ANGELS?

People have shared so many generous experiences of their angels ...

  • an angel given to a lovely pregnant woman met at a Starbucks
  • an angel given to a man before cancer surgery ... he carries it on his key chain
  • an angel returned to the gifter when she lost her job and was in need of new hope
  • angels held in the hands of people while they pray for others in need
  • angels hidden in little spaces to bring blessings to the space and to the person who may eventually find it
What did you do with your angels?

  3. I left and angel with my tip to the housekeeper in my hotel room, it looked so cool with my thank you note and tip money. I may start gifting them as a tip to waitresses and attendants at drive up windows too.

  5. A friend's mother passed away and I sent her a bag of hope angels. In the card, I told her to keep one for herself and to share others with loved ones. It is a reminder that she is never really seperate from her mother.

  7. I gave a hope angel to the cashier at Walgreens today. She has worked there for years and we are pleasant with each other. When I gave her the angel charm, her whole face lit up. She told me her mother said that she would receive blessings from someone walking by. She was extremely grateful!! So much fun to pass these out!

A couple weeks later, when i went to the post office, she smiled and waved at me while I was waiting in line! 10. I gave a hope angel charm to the front desk clerk at the hotel where I was staying. Her face lit up like the sunshine! She was so excited and thanked me over and over. It is amazing how happy people are to receive these charms! Thanks Cate for coming up with such an easy way to let people know they are not alone.

  12. While my mom was in the hospital, we went to the cafeteria for some nourishment. the cashier seemed to be a bit down so I gave her a hope angel and she smiled warmly and thanked me. A few days later, once again in the cafetiera, I noticed the same person was working the cash register. We greeted each other ike friends and she shared with me that her dad was in ICU on a ventilator. She showed me the hope angel hooked on her name tag. She really touched my heart by sharing so much with me...a stranger who was made a friend through the smiple act of a hope angel charm.

  13. At the eye doctor for my glaucoma tests....an employee went out of her way to speak with me even though she wasn't part of my service that day. Later i took her a hope angel; she had tears in her eyes and said slowly, "Oh, thank yo so much. I really needed this today. You have no idea."

  16. I visited a woman in the hospital following her knee surgery. I gave her an angel hope charm while I was there. I found out a few months later that she keeps the charm in her bathroom cabinet and that she begins and ends each day while looking at her angel charm and saying words of gratitude.

  17. I was a guest speaker at a church a few miles from home. There was a young girl whom I spoke to after the service and I was so touched by her beautiful spirit, I gave her a whole bag of angel charms. A few months later I received a package in the mail with an ornament with one of the charms in the center, along with a thank you note. These charms realy do cycle love back and forth.

  18. We gave an Angel Hope charm to the waitress at a Cracker Barrel in Battle Creek, Michigan. the waitress asked us, "Did I tell you?" and we had no idea what she was referring to. She proceeded to tell us that she was going to a funeral that day of a friend who had been murdered. She clearly needed some support and we were honored to be there for her. My girlfriend gave her an entire bag of charms to share with others at eh funeral. I am sure that little charm opened her heart to talk with us. We were blessed by this encounter.
